krikey Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the krikey platform ("krikey", "we", "us") and each registered user ("user", "you"). By using the service through the krikey website (krikeyapp.cam), mobile app or any other channel, these Terms apply automatically.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — krikey's website, application and related services.
• "Account" — the personal profile registered in the user's name.
• "Balance" — real money held in the account.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds granted for promotional purposes, which require wagering to be completed before withdrawal.
• "Transaction" — a deposit, withdrawal, bet or any other financial activity.

1.2 Order of Precedence

If a specific promotion has its own separate terms, those terms apply to that promotion. However, where they conflict with these general Terms, this document takes precedence.

2 Account Registration

To use krikey's services, you must have an active personal account. Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts will be suspended immediately.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name (as shown on national ID card)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Date of birth
• Email address (if applicable)
• Preferred payment method

2.2 Accuracy of Information

It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete and kept up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, krikey reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

2.3 Login Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify krikey support immediately.

3 Age Requirement

21+ To open an account on the krikey platform and take part in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, each user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. krikey may request a government-issued ID or birth certificate at any time to verify age.

If anyone operates an account on behalf of a minor, or if an account is opened using a false age, that account will be cancelled and all winnings will be forfeited.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe environment, krikey may verify a user's identity at any time. In particular, during a withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on an account, the following documents may be requested:

• Copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of active mobile number (OTP verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment account

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with the verification process or submission of false documents will result in account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on krikey are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

5.2 Withdrawals

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 General Payment Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Sending funds to a third-party account is not permitted.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital asset are not supported.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn once a bonus has been activated until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

krikey offers a welcome bonus of 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

6.1 Bonus Rules

• A bonus must be used within a specified time limit; once it expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Each promotion can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
• Bonus funds are not free money — they only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a promotion has separate terms, these will be stated on the promotion page.

6.2 VIP Cashback

krikey's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is paid at a set rate on weekly net losses at each tier. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Both sports betting and casino games are available on krikey. All bets are deducted from the user's own account balance, and winnings are credited to the account immediately once the result is finalised.

7.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out option is available under the applicable rules.
• For in-play bets after an event has started, bets placed outside the designated time window will not be accepted.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, krikey reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• The RTP and rules for each game are available on that game's information page.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the server-side record of the game will be treated as final.

8 Fraud and Abuse

krikey does not permit fraud, collusion or any unfair exploitation of the platform in any form. Any of the following activities will be treated as a violation:

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.
• Placing pre-arranged bets with other users to obtain bonuses or prizes.
• Exploiting weaknesses in payment methods to carry out chargebacks or fraudulent deposits.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical fault in the system for personal gain.

If such activity is proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

krikey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any reason, in particular for breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user may also request the closure of their account. In this case, any valid balance (after wagering requirements have been met) may be withdrawn. Self-exclusion is also available under responsible gaming — for more details, please read the responsible gaming page.

9.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. To reactivate the account, you will need to contact support.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

How krikey collects, stores and uses users' personal data is described in detail in krikey's Privacy Policy. These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together — both are an integral part of using the service.

All financial and personal data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. Personal data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

krikey believes gaming is a form of entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring that no one suffers from addiction or financial harm. Users can set their own deposit and wagering limits. There is also an option to temporarily or permanently close your account if needed.

12 Limitations and Changes

12.1 Limitation of Liability

krikey is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, disruption to third-party services, or issues with the user's own device or connection. In the event of any dispute, the server record will be treated as the final evidence.

12.2 Changes to Terms

krikey reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. By accessing the platform after any change, the user is deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. For significant changes, notification will be sent by email or app notification.

12.3 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security updates or unexpected technical reasons. Any bets or games in progress during such time will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.
